By submitting this form, you consent to receive automated SMS safety alerts from SafetyCheck (mysafetycheck.app), operated by SAP Factory, LLC. Alerts are sent only when the SafetyCheck user you are supporting either fails to respond to a scheduled check-in or manually triggers an SOS emergency. Each alert will contain the user’s name and a secure live GPS location link.

This is not a marketing list. You will never receive promotional messages. Message frequency is 0–2 messages per month on average.
